Muriithi Rimita is an Advocate of the High Court. Muriithi is a former career banker with over twenty five years’ experience. He is an expert in Trade Finance, Structured Trade Finance and Commodity Finance, dealing in various commodities including oil and gas transactions. Muriithi has worked regionally and is well versed with the business and legal frameworks of the East and Central African Market.
His strengths include set-up and funding of businesses, projects and turnkey contracts and legal review of contracts. He is also passionate about Trade law, African business start-ups, financing of agri-business and renewable energy projects.
Muriithi is a Director of Terden Limited a pan-African Trade & Project Finance Advisory and Business Consultancy.
He joined the firm in June 2025, to continue the legacy and spirit of the Founder.
